In the mail today, we received a letter from frequent shopper, David Blake, letting us know how much he enjoys stopping by and shopping at Hot*Pop! It was so nice, we’re going to share it with you guys, so you get that warm fuzzy feeling, the way we did, upon reading it! :D
Hot*Pop: An Olde World Store in a New World
I write today to tell you my experience with your store has been beyond stellar the countless amount of times I have been there. My sister lives just around the block from your establishment, so I make it a point to stop by every time I am in the area. Every little detail is covered; from the cleanliness of the store, to the friendliness of your staff. Every time I step foot into Hot*Pop, I feel so welcomed I never want to leave.
I have come into your store, as I mentioned previously, numerous, numerous times. Each time I end up leaving with something from this area of the store or that. But there is always one area I never leave the store without visiting: the gallery. It is so marvelous to have a store willing to display other people’s works in their store, let alone be willing to put you in touch with whomever’s pieces are out on the floor.
In short, I want to say how great it has been to have a store like yours in the area. Many other retail stores and galleries would be wise to take a page from your book. Hot*Pop has become a staple for me, and I hope that in the future, it becomes a staple to anyone who steps foot in your store.
